How does a scheduled shredding service work?
Step 1: Estimate how much shredding you have.
The first thing to do when looking for a shredding service is to find out how much shredding you actually have. We recommend measuring by the boxes of paper you produce and how often. A box is 15in X 12in X 10in. Our Office Console holds approximately 4 boxes of paper, and our 64-Gallon bin holds about 7 boxes of paper. Step 2: Get a quote!
This step is simple. Give us a call at (877)747-3372 or fill out one of our free quote forms! We will give you a personalized quote based on your paper shredding needs. All of our quotes are good for 30 days, and they are always a flat rate with no contracts.
Step 3: Schedule a delivery.
Delivery is fast and easy; we deliver your bins or consoles within 24-48 hours of scheduling. No upfront payment or contracts are required to get started!
Step 4: Delivery day.
On delivery day, one of our On-site shredding technicians will come to your location with your bins and consoles. Simply escort him to the locations you want the containers, and he will place them there for you! You will be provided with a set of keys for any containers you receive.
Step 5: Routine On-site Shredding
We come to you as often as you need! We can set you up for weekly, biweekly, monthly, or bimonthly pickups! It is totally dependent on your shredding needs. Note that our maximum time between services is every 8 weeks.
