Mobile Shredding Services in Chino Hills

Chino Hills is one of the closest cities to our headquarters in Pomona — our trucks pass through Chino Hills every single day on the 71, the 60, and Carbon Canyon Road. That proximity matters: when a Chino Hills customer calls for a one-time purge, we can usually be in your driveway within a day or two. We've been shredding for homes, home offices, and businesses in Chino Hills for more than three decades, covering the entire 91709 zip code from Los Serranos and the country club communities up through Vellano, Soquel Canyon, and Carbon Canyon. Everything happens at your address — your driveway, your office parking lot, your HOA meeting space — and you watch your documents disappear into the truck before we leave.

How does one-time shredding work?

Step 1: Scheduled an appointment

  • Schedule your shredding service by completing our free quote form or calling our office. One of our friendly staff members will answer all your questions and schedule you for a day convenient for you!

Step 2: Prepare for the day of service

  • Have your documents prepared for shredding. You can do this by placing them in a box, bag, or anything that can hold them. No need to remove staples, paperclips, binder clips, hanging folders, or 3-ring binders. They can all be shredded with your paper!

Step 3: Day of service

  • One of our drivers will give you a call 30 minutes before he arrives.

  • The driver will transfer your paper into a 64-Gallon bin; each bin holds 7 boxes of paper. It will then be transferred to the truck to be shredded.

  • All the paper will be shredded on-site before the driver leaves your location.

  • The driver will have you sign a Certificate of Destruction. This verifies that all your documents have been destroyed!

Who We Shred For in Chino Hills

Chino Hills is overwhelmingly a residential city, but it has a deceptively large business mix once you look past the front doors. A huge share of our Chino Hills work comes from professionals running practices out of their homes — CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, real estate agents, insurance brokers, IT consultants — many of whom have full filing rooms of client paperwork that needs to be destroyed annually or quarterly. The medical and dental offices clustered around the civic center and Peyton Drive are regular HIPAA shredding customers. The retail and service businesses at The Shoppes at Chino Hills and along Chino Hills Parkway use us for periodic purges. And the city's many HOA boards rely on us at the end of each fiscal year to destroy old financial records, vendor files, and homeowner correspondence in compliance with their bylaws.

Neighborhoods and Areas We Serve in Chino Hills

We service every neighborhood in Chino Hills, including:

  • Los Serranos and the Western Hills area

  • Vellano and the country club gated communities

  • Country Estates and Sleepy Hollow

  • Carbon Canyon and the homes along Carbon Canyon Road

  • Soquel Canyon and Butterfield Ranch

  • Rincon Village and the Peyton Drive corridor

  • The civic center and The Shoppes at Chino Hills area

  • The homes near Chino Hills State Park and Big League Dreams

We also cover the adjacent communities — Chino, Diamond Bar, Brea, and Yorba Linda — on the same daily routes, so if you have a business with locations on both sides of the county line we can hit them in one trip.

Common Reasons Chino Hills Customers Call Us

  • Home office purges. The single most common Chino Hills call. Professionals running CPA, legal, financial, real estate, or consulting practices out of their homes accumulate years of client paperwork that has to be destroyed securely — usually annually around tax season or year-end.

  • Estate planning and downsizing. Chino Hills has a large population of long-tenured homeowners, and we regularly clear out decades of tax returns, trust documents, and financial records for families settling an estate or moving a parent into care.

  • HOA board records destruction. Almost every neighborhood in Chino Hills is governed by an HOA, and the boards bring us in on a yearly or end-of-term basis to destroy old financial statements, vendor contracts, and homeowner files.

  • Real estate transaction paperwork. With Chino Hills' high property values and active market, agents and brokers accumulate massive client files. Recurring quarterly service is common.

  • Medical and dental HIPAA destruction. Practices near the civic center, Peyton Drive, and Chino Hills Parkway use our recurring service to stay compliant with patient record retention rules.

  • Hard drives and old electronics. Tech professionals and home offices use us for hard drives, SSDs, and old work laptops — physically shredded on-site, certificate provided.

  • HOA shred events. A handful of Chino Hills HOAs and neighborhood associations book our truck for a few hours each year and invite residents to bring boxes for free or for a small contribution. We've done these in several of the local communities.

Why We Know

Chino Hills

Because Chino Hills is essentially next door to our Pomona headquarters. Our drivers have been making the Chino Hills rounds for years, and most of our long-term customers in the area are repeat residential clients who call us once a year after tax season or whenever the home office gets too cluttered. We're a family-owned Southern California company, not a national franchise routing through a call center — when you call, you talk to someone who can tell you whether the truck will fit down your private street.
