Recurring service — we place locking 64-gallon bins or discreet office consoles wherever paper accumulates: F&I offices, HR, accounting, reception, break rooms. Your staff drops documents in, we come on a set schedule (weekly through quarterly), empty and shred on-site, and leave a certificate each visit. Priced per container, so your cost is predictable and you're never paying for time spent hauling.
One-time purge — for closing out a records room, clearing a suite before a move, or finally emptying the storage unit. Our crew does the lifting. No sorting, no removing staples, paperclips, clips, hanging folders or binders. Boxes can be dusty, mislabeled, or falling apart; it doesn't affect the price.
Media and hard drive destruction — drives, backup tapes, SSDs, phones, and POS terminals physically destroyed, aligned with NIST SP 800-88 physical destruction guidance. Serial numbers can be captured for your asset records on request.

How does one-time shredding work?
Step 1: Scheduled an appointment
Schedule your shredding service by completing our free quote form or calling our office. One of our friendly staff members will answer all your questions and schedule you for a day convenient for you!
Step 2: Prepare for the day of service
Have your documents prepared for shredding. You can do this by placing them in a box, bag, or anything that can hold them. No need to remove staples, paperclips, binder clips, hanging folders, or 3-ring binders. They can all be shredded with your paper!
Step 3: Day of service
One of our drivers will give you a call 30 minutes before he arrives.
The driver will transfer your paper into a 64-Gallon bin; each bin holds 7 boxes of paper. It will then be transferred to the truck to be shredded.
All the paper will be shredded on-site before the driver leaves your location.
The driver will have you sign a Certificate of Destruction. This verifies that all your documents have been destroyed!
