Your Paper is Recycled
Shredding for the Mira Loma logistics corridor
If you run a distribution center, 3PL, or fulfillment operation in Mira Loma, paper accumulates faster than anyone plans for: bills of lading, freight manifests, packing slips, customs and import documents, driver qualification files, and a mountain of HR paperwork for a large hourly and seasonal workforce. It ends up boxed in a mezzanine corner until a lease renewal or an audit forces the issue.
We're built for that volume. Each truck holds up to 5 tons, so a years-deep backlog is usually a single-visit job, and recurring service keeps it from rebuilding. Because our shredding is on-site, your material never leaves the property intact — which matters when your own customers' contracts include data-handling and chain-of-custody clauses that flow down to you.
Distribution and fulfillment operations constantly need verified destruction of defective, expired, recalled, mislabeled or overrun goods, customer returns that can't be restocked, and branded merchandise that must not resurface on a resale marketplace. We destroy it and certify it, with documentation for your client or brand-compliance file. Most warehouses don't know their shredding vendor can do this.
How our service works
Recurring service — locking bins or consoles placed where paper collects, on a weekly-through-quarterly schedule, emptied and shredded on-site, certificate each time, priced per container.
One-time purge — for clearing a records room, warehouse backlog, office, or home. Our crew does the lifting; no prep required.
Hard drive & media destruction — physical destruction on-site, so nothing leaves intact.
Product destruction — defective, expired, recalled or branded goods, destroyed and documented.
Shred events — up to four hours of truck time for a community, church, dealership or company event.
How we measure: by a standard 15" × 12" × 10" box, or by the 64-gallon bin if it's not boxed (about 7 boxes per bin). Rough count on the phone gets you a real quote — and we'll beat any written competitor quote by 20%.

How does one-time shredding work?
Step 1: Scheduled an appointment
Schedule your shredding service by completing our free quote form or calling our office. One of our friendly staff members will answer all your questions and schedule you for a day convenient for you!
Step 2: Prepare for the day of service
Have your documents prepared for shredding. You can do this by placing them in a box, bag, or anything that can hold them. No need to remove staples, paperclips, binder clips, hanging folders, or 3-ring binders. They can all be shredded with your paper!
Step 3: Day of service
One of our drivers will give you a call 30 minutes before he arrives.
The driver will transfer your paper into a 64-Gallon bin; each bin holds 7 boxes of paper. It will then be transferred to the truck to be shredded.
All the paper will be shredded on-site before the driver leaves your location.
The driver will have you sign a Certificate of Destruction. This verifies that all your documents have been destroyed!
