Mobile Paper Shredding in Chino, CA

Chino is about as close to home as our service area gets — our facility sits just over the line in Pomona, so a shred truck reaches a Chino warehouse, dealership or driveway in minutes, not hours. We've run shredding routes through this corner of the Inland Empire since 1985, back when much of Chino was still dairies and ag land rather than distribution centers.

The job is simple and it happens at your address: our truck pulls up, our crew loads your documents into locked bins, everything is shredded on-site while you watch, and you leave with a signed Certificate of Destruction. Your paper never travels intact, and it never leaves your sight until it's confetti.

Certificate of Destruction

Your Paper is Recycled

Built for how Chino actually does business

Chino isn't one industry, and a warehouse off Merrill doesn't need what a dental office on Central needs.

Warehousing, logistics and distribution. Distribution runs on paper even in a digital age — bills of lading, manifests, packing slips, driver qualification files, customs paperwork, and stacks of HR records for a large hourly workforce. It piles up in a corner of the building until someone finally deals with it. Recurring service keeps it from accumulating; a one-time purge clears years of backlog in a single truck visit. Each of our trucks holds up to 5 tons, so warehouse-scale volume is a normal job, not a special one.

Product and inventory destruction. This is the service most Chino distribution and manufacturing operations don't realize they can get. Defective goods, expired stock, recalled items, mislabeled or overrun product, discontinued branded merchandise, returned inventory that can't be resold — all of it can be verifiably destroyed and certified, so it doesn't end up resold on a marketplace with your name on it. If a manufacturer or brand owner requires documented destruction, we provide the certificate.

Auto dealers at the Chino Spectrum and along Central. Every deal jacket holds a credit application, a driver's license copy, and often a full bank statement. Under the FTC Safeguards Rule — in force for dealers since June 2023 and drawing steady enforcement attention — you must securely dispose of customer information once you no longer have a business need for it, and be able to show you did. Locked bins in F&I emptied on a schedule, with a certificate each time, is the clean way to demonstrate it.

Healthcare, dental and professional offices. Practices across Chino carry HIPAA-covered records with retention clocks that eventually run out, plus the closed-file back room that never got dealt with after the office went digital.

Homes and the residential growth around The Preserve. Thousands of newer households, plus long-time Chino families sitting on decades of paper in the garage. Driveway service and drop-off both work — more on that below.

Service options

Recurring service — locking 64-gallon bins or discreet office consoles placed where paper collects: shipping office, HR, accounting, F&I, reception, exam rooms. Your staff fills them, we come on a set schedule (weekly through quarterly), empty and shred on-site, and leave a certificate each visit. Priced per container, so you never pay for collection time.

One-time purge — for clearing a records room, emptying a warehouse mezzanine, or closing out a suite. Our crew does the lifting. No sorting, no removing staples, paperclips, clips, hanging folders or binders, and no penalty for dusty, mislabeled or water-damaged boxes.

Hard drive and media destruction — drives, backup tapes, SSDs, phones, and copier/POS terminals physically destroyed on-site, so nothing leaves intact. (Copier drives store an image of everything ever scanned on them — an overlooked liability when equipment is retired.)

Product destruction — branded, defective, expired or recalled inventory, destroyed and documented.

Shred events — four hours of truck time for a customer appreciation day, community event, or dealership promotion.

Frequently asked questions from customers in Chino, CA

How does one-time shredding work?

Step 1: Scheduled an appointment

  • Schedule your shredding service by completing our free quote form or calling our office. One of our friendly staff members will answer all your questions and schedule you for a day convenient for you!

Step 2: Prepare for the day of service

  • Have your documents prepared for shredding. You can do this by placing them in a box, bag, or anything that can hold them. No need to remove staples, paperclips, binder clips, hanging folders, or 3-ring binders. They can all be shredded with your paper!

Step 3: Day of service

  • One of our drivers will give you a call 30 minutes before he arrives.

  • The driver will transfer your paper into a 64-Gallon bin; each bin holds 7 boxes of paper. It will then be transferred to the truck to be shredded.

  • All the paper will be shredded on-site before the driver leaves your location.

  • The driver will have you sign a Certificate of Destruction. This verifies that all your documents have been destroyed!
